Every order undergoes strict quality inspection before packaging and dispatch. However, in rare situations, products may be damaged during transit, have a manufacturing defect, or an incorrect item may be delivered.
Customers may request a replacement or refund if the request is raised within 5 days of receiving the order. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our support team by emailing us at enejhherbal@gmail.com with your Order Number, a short description of the issue, and clear images of the product showing the batch number and invoice. Returns or replacements will be processed only after confirmation from our support team.
Once your return request is approved, our logistics partner will arrange a pickup within 4–7 working days. The product must be returned in its original packaging with seal, labels, and barcodes intact. Products with opened seals, missing labels, or damaged packaging may not be eligible for return.
If a replacement request is approved, the replacement product will be shipped within 5–7 business days, subject to product availability. If the product is unavailable in stock, a full refund will be issued.
Refunds will be initiated after the returned product is received and verified at our warehouse. For payments made through credit card, debit card, or net banking, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2–3 days for the amount to reflect in your account.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after receiving your bank account details through email. Once verified, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Enejh Herbal only accepts returns for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Products returned with signs of use, improper handling, or without prior approval may not qualify for refund or replacement.
